Do you provide grading certificates with your jewelry?
Every diamond over 0.5 carats comes with a certified grading report from reputable laboratories such as the GIA or IGI to guarantee quality and authenticity.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Custom-designed pieces typically take 3-4 weeks for production, followed by 2-day insured shipping to ensure your unique piece arrives safely.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard collection items in their original condition. Please note that custom-engraved or bespoke pieces are final sale.
Do you offer ring resizing services?
We provide one complimentary resizing within the first 60 days of purchase for most standard ring settings. Some eternity bands may not be resizable.
